We'd stop caring so much about looks if men wouldn't judge us exclusively on them. I am so much more than my bust size!!!!!

No... Money isnt everything and fortunately I have good looks (well I think so anyhow) and I like to look good for myself, not for material gain.
You could say also would people stop caring about money if it didnt lead to exactly the same pics your link had. Would anyone bother to better themselves to earn some luxury if there was no benefit in doing so.
Women who are blessed with beautiful figures arent all spoilt bimbo money grabbers, some of us are quite normal.

Great point!
Women care about their looks for three reasons...themselves, men...and other women. And I think looking better than other women tops them all. Yes, we want to look nice for ourselves....but don't believe the 'beauty is on the inside' bunk. A nice personality doesn't buy those villas ladies...neither did brains...in most of those cases. Looks matter. Sad but true...

there are so many better looking people in the world than those featured in your link but no one ever notices them, so being goodlooking does not always lead to fame and fortune.
