Like no pepper said the Charlotte Bocats have huge potential with all thoe high picks. Also Toronto could be a force and if boston gets Greg Oden or Kevin Durant they could be a contender because quite frankly the East sucks.

Im like my team, the Cavaliers. We can be great for the next 5-7 years, and because of the fact that LeBron James is only 22. Plus, Anderson Varejo, Daniel Gibson, Sasha Pavlovic and others have great potential.

But, if you look at how young the Lakers are, and are led by probably the best player in the NBA, Kobe Bryant, who hasnt even hit his prime yet. You could probably give the honor to them.

The Mavericks are also pretty young, and we might just see them turn into the next dynasty.

Whoever gets Greg Oden will be a good team, and if Boston picks him up, then they could actually turn into a good team with Oden and Pierce.

The Best young talent and potential?

You can find it in L.A.

Not the Clippers, but the Lakers. With Kobe Bryant to lead them and help them in practices, Phil Jackson to coach them, and alos add Kareem Abdul Jabbar working things out with the big man of the team especially Andrew Bynum, The young guys of the L. A. Lakers has the best young talent and potential.

Andrew Bynum, Luke Walton, Jordan Farmar, Sasha Vujacic, and the others will emerge every game. They might encounter problems through injuries, they will still be the best because of the support that they have in their environment.

Portland of course i mean come on they have Roy and Aldridge not to mention the after seen draft of Sergio who i think has the potential to be one of the best point guards in the NBA in 3-6 years. But if not Portland then Charlotte becuase they have Morrison and Okafor who in the future could lead the Bobcats to a playoff spot in the near future. But my prediction is that Portland makes the playoffs next year if not this year at the rate there going and i also look for Randolph to make the All-Star team next year when portland is a respectfull team

Definitely the New York Knicks. We have a lot of good, young players like Eddy Curry, David Lee, and Channing Frye, who will continue to improve in the coming years. The Knicks have a lot of talent and promise, and they are only beginning to coalesce. Now that they have finally solidified their roster, I can tell that they will go far. These players staying together in the coming years will definitely make the Knicks a force and take us back to glory. In fact, I think it will only take a year or two more before the Knicks become a huge force and top contenders in the league. By five years, the Knicks will be dominating.

Interesting question. It's always hard to tell given that injuries can change everything. I'm thinking the Bucks. Injuries this year have seen them go lottery which means they'll get another young piece to go with Redd, Williams, Villanueva, Bogut etc. If the balls fall well in the deep draft to come and injuries dont devestate them in future years then I think they'll become a major force.
