You can never be too sure. Sometimes they book over seas tours and decide to tape Raw before they leave. I'd look and read real closely as to what the ticket site says and then head on over to WWE.com and see what they have scheduled on the same Monday. If they are still in the US (and its not a major holiday like Christmas), then its probably a house show. If they're out somewhere out of the US, there's a chance it could be a Raw taping.

Its as house show with the roster being a little bit different, but raw is live on Mondays.

actually, a lot of these people are wrong, because I have been to wwe live, including pay per views.
Pay Per Views are 100 percent live, but Monday night raw starts on T.V at 10:00, and live starts at 8:00 on the same night.
Smackdown! however, is on Tuesday, and is on T.V the following Friday.

Its a house show.... the Raw "Brand" is coming.... not the actual show. Monday Night Raw is live.
