Not sure....I have never asked the flasher what the purpose of his/her flashing might be, whether it be a truth or dare question, a fetish, or they are simply lonely. I, however, have definitely flashed...but I usually dont need a truth or dare question to do it!

Me and my friends take that game wayyyyyy! too far!! WAYY!
I've been blown due to that game. One of em dared me to blow a guy, but we voted that as unfair, that only girls could be made to blow guys.
That was a weird night. I had to shoot a bird with a pellet, cook it with hookah coals in a hole in the ground, and eat a piece of it.
