it's either from a film, tv programme or music videa. im not sure if its a man or woman but they have a ring on, and they pour this kind of white powder from a wierd looking ring into a glass of something. they swirlle the liquid around and turn round and give it to their victim! i think thw liquid is green! any ideas???

Ohh that is bugging me now. I no the scene you are thinking of but i can't for the life of me think of which film it is from. It isn't from death becomes her - i just checked the film and i have never seen any of the lord of the rings film.
EDIT:
I found it, It happens in 9 to 5. where lilly tomlinson poisons her boss in her fantasy.
