I keep getting serious answers to clearly crazy questions. Should I wear a funny hat or something?

I know. Basically, you have to add in the detail section that you're not being serious. Even then, you'll probably get some that go off on a tangent. Your Avatar doesn't look overly serious either. Oh, well, whatcha gonna do? I agree. The world is WAY too serious.

This does happen to intelligent people. Try blaming your crazy questions on a comedian till your friends realise you have a good sense of humour.
I,e "What was it Chubby Brown said on the tele the other day? Oh, yes blah blah blah" They will laugh because they think etc . Then, later on, they will realise and just laugh at your jokes because you are witty in your own right. HTH LOL

If you don't want a serious answer don't ask a serious question.
There are a lot of crazy people on this site and I am amazed that some people actually tell obvious pervs what they want to hear.
Perhaps you should post all your questions under jokes if you don't want a serious answer.

I know how u feel!!!!!! I ended up asking has the world lost it's sense of humour??? Give the funny hat a try...... I tried doing a stupid dance but it didn't work

ya. ok. i checked out your "?" in pregnancy. many 'got it' others didn't. too often people don't clearly understand the "?" before they answer. they only see what they believe they are seeing. i found that to be similar to my form of humor... "zoom right over their heads" so i can empathize.
regardless, when you create an absurd "?", some are bound to take it seriously, and not understand the comic intent. to them i give an old hillbilly saying, "feck 'em all ! all but six of 'em anyways, and use THEM for pallbearers!"

I don't know. It happens to me all the time too. What type of hat did you have in mind? A 17th century white wig might also work!
