I enjoy them, even my girlfriend who can't play much of anything well, really enjoys the katamari games. It's pretty much mindless fun and the controls are great in my opinion, but the best part to me is how there is never one way to win the level. What can make it fun is when your katamari gets stupid lopsided and then becomes a pain to roll, yet even when you get frustrated there might be something funny stuck to it.

the critics say they are good, but I played a demo & personally wasn't very interested in it. Some people like it, but just wait & see what else there is.
