No, you cannot sue the military for the actions of an individual who may not be in the military. You got what you deserved and you ended up where you belong -- in the trash. Calling someone a war criminal constitutes severe provocation. If you filed a suit against the individual, it would probably be thrown out of court. Guys who served in Viet Nam lost some of their buddies in that war, so you were calling them war criminals, too. You're not too smart.
