Is there a good audio archive on the net?

I'm a radio presenter from the UK, and I am looking for a website that will asllow me to download audio clips. Stuff like telly moments, comedy clips, memorable interviews and news stories etc.
Does anybody know where I can find stuff like this?

I doubt such a thing exists, legally. Copyright violations.
