I'm only 17; is there anyway I can press charges?

It might be a life/death situ, are you mature enough to handle it

and dumb lawyers always looking for a lawsuit , your lucky he took the time to check
If you have $40,000 to spare (for 8 hrs maybe), talk to a lawyer, go for it.
If you look back in history, it's been over 50 years w/o a Dr being

I definately think that if you didn't tell your dad, you need to.
My guess is that the dr will try to say that he was doing
a normal examination. You didn't mention why you went to
the dr.
BUT you are 17, you are underaged
and you didn't give consent and your father (who shouldn't
have left you there) wasn't there to give consent. Now I have
a 17 year old son, and I understand that your father may have been trying to give you space, let you grow up, but this time
it came with a price. Your father trusted the dr and the dr
voided that trust. I suggest that you get your dad to contact the
police dept and see what they say. Who knows what other
minor he could assault next. Don't worry about your name
getting out, as you are a minor and the name cannot be released.

I suspect you cant really be 17, because you wouldnt be calling your father daddy.
