I would say there different, why? Look the words up! There ALL different. Don't make me drag out my dictionary. Do they all, possibly, share elements of one another at times? Sure. But there different.

some think they are the same. and label non-nationalists unpatrotic.

those people should be introduced to the dictionary.but then again they may think that the dictionary is a tool of anti-patriotism

They are not the same but sometimes certain groups in each party do act as though they are one and the same.
