There are a couple ways to copy one floppy disk to another floppy disk. Here are a few of your options.
1) If you open My Computer and right click on your floppy disk drive you should see a "Copy Disk" option listed in the menu that pops up. This will give you the option to copy from one floppy to another, swapping the full floppy for the empty one in the middle. (follow the onscreen instructions)
2) Create a new folder on your desktop by right clicking and selecting New>folder. Name this folder ACopy, or something to that affect. Open the A drive (floppy drive) and copy all of the data from the disk into the desktop folder by highlighting the data and then dragging and dropping it onto the folder. Switch to the empty floppy in the A drive and then copy the data from the folder onto the empty floppy using the drag and drop method mentioned above. Delete the desktop folder.
3) I'm not positive this works, but I'm pretty sure it does. Open up a command (dos) window by going to Start>Run (Shortcut: win+r keys) and typing 'cmd', without quotes, and then click OK. Next type everything between the brackets, but not the brackets in the black command window [copy a:\*.* a:\*.*] there should be a space before each of the a's, but nowhere else.

If you have two floppy drives just open both drives and drag the file from one to the other. You can also select the file to be copied by right clicking on it and selecting copy. Then go to the floppy drive that you want to transfer the file to and right click then select paste. That should do it. Check this website out for answers to your computer related questions.
