Can any one tell me where information about a supposedly new super highway stretching from Mexico to Canad?

I heard about it on talk radio show . Randy James I believe. It was mentioned that it wouldn't even be controlled by border inspections?

It is the mainstay of the so-called, "Security Prosperity Partnership" (SPP) plan to create a new "North American Union" (NAU) which will join Mexico, Canada and the United States into one nation. It is important for this new 'union' to have strong transportation links that allow for rapid and efficient movement of commerce between nations without border "customs" to slow trucking between the countries.
