I agree with one other person here to question your top three. UNC-Duke belongs, but FL-Kentucky does as well, and do not forget the western half of the country. USC-UCLA, Arizona-Arizona State, Kansas-Oklahoma.
I live in Maryland, but I do not see MD-Duke ranking that high. When it comes to grudge matches, Army-Navy ranks up there, even if it does not for skills.
In Division 3, Sports Illustrated ranked my college alma mater, Calvin College and its rivalry with Hope College as number one rivalry in D3.

Your rankings are way off- sorry. NC vs. Duke is probably number one, but I think Kentucky vs. Florida is right up there, as is Indiana vs. Purdue, Arizona vs. UCLA, Penn vs. Princeton. I would even say Notre Dame vs. DePaul has more tradition as a basketball rivalry than UConn vs. Syracuse. And just because Duke vs. Maryland has had a few classic games does not make it a great rivalry necessarily.
