why is it that americans call everybody that has color and accent "illegal"?
most people get really ofended when they are called racist, but it is true, most people have some kind of hate some form of prejudice

C'mon get real. Does every American think that? No. In fact, millions would come to your defense if your story was known widely. I'm a person of color and have endured racist treatment in my life, denial of services(Bank of America-F***ers, and a small grocery store in Grand Junction OR), being trailed around at department stores, called sp*c, towel head and even ni**er, but you gotta blow those things off. Yeah, learn from them, but don't let them make you bitter. Most Americans don't act that way even though they may think it. It's not politically correct.
If your family is from California, then you are an American, right? So, are you a poisonous virus? Are you really really sick?
Don't become what you despise. If some idiot calls you an "illegal", go right up to 'em pull out your ID and show and tell them how they're full of crap. Maybe they won't be so stupid next time.
In America, we are supposed to believe in Tolerance. Unfortunately that means tolerating the idiots as well.

They feel threatened by a new race, they know that the minority will be a majority in the near future. they're horrified of thinking that their grandsons will be people of color.
