I have a feeling he will. He should have gotten it for Goodfellas, but I think the Academy voters will finally give him an award for The Departed, eventhough it is not his best work, in my opinion.

He will, but this was not his best work.
None of the movies in best picture was that great.
The only oscar I would give is to Forrest, he portayed him well.
