Her career just headed into 5th gear.
For a celebrity there is no such thing as bad publicity. I guarantee there will be an album, videos, and a tour following all of this rehab stuff. I am not saying that she does not have real issues, but she has enough people around her to boost her confidence and self esteem to get out there and make more money, which in turn will put money into their pockets.
She will bounce back just fine since she is not the first celebrity or young star to take few bad right turns.

No, because modern American entertainment is at an all-time low. Chances are, all this wierdness she's doing lately is only further promoting her. "What will Britney do next?" everyone will want to keep up...

No, she's really good at being at the center of attention. I'd predict great sales figures for her new record when it comes out. She'll be around until she's a granny.

With the entertainment industry, you never really can tell. But I do think she's going to have to do massive damage control and prove to people that she can be "normal" and successful once again. She's really going to have to reach out to her fans if she's going to make it. If this rehab thing bombs (again) and she keeps partying with no underpants, I think she's done.

um I don't know...maybe as a pop singer, I'd say it's over. She might become a porn star or maybe with her new bald head she may become a huge rock/metal artist. lol
