Any online seller of prescription medicines who will sell without a doctor's prescription, clearly has no concern at all for the health of the buyer, and if he doesn't give a damn about that, then don't expect him to be too choicy about where he gets his supplies
Knock-off preparations are everywhere - produced and packaged to look just like the legitimate thing. There's no telling what is actually in them, and people can and do get sick, and die from their use. It's no use us screaming for the Government to protect us from this kind of thing, if we are putting ourselves in harm's way by going to these places to buy stuff that has not been prepared, regulated and tested to the highest standards of quality You buy bad stuff, you live with it - or maybe die with it.

Drugs are dangerous and foods,as supplements are not.

Even over the counter drugs, like Aspirin, kill thousands of people each year.
The most commo
n complication of NSAID administration is damage to the gastrointestinal tract.
Up to 20% of people who use them suffer from dyspepsia, although this estimate has, at times, been as high as 50%.
Gastrointestinal complications are serious and can be life threatening. Bleeding, ulceration, or stomach and intestianl perforations, are recognised serious adverse effects.

Since most NSAIDs are available over-the-counter and are routinely taken by millions, these percentages translate into large numbers of both mild and serious complications each year.
As a result of this obvious danger, alternatives to standard NSAIDs have been sought for many years.

Mangosteen has acid-lowering effects, anti-inflammatory effects, anti-oxident effects, and NO major side effects. A daily regimen of mangosteen juice with it's anti-biotic properties, is a good investment.

Why would anyone ever use a drug when a food could do the same job?

It could be one of two things:
They are trying to make it easier to buy drugs, or
they are greedy and want more money.
Either way, I would email the state or city about it.
