in theory... yes b/c isn't time the 4th dimension... if you can alter time.. you can probably atler the space time continuance thingy... and enter another dimension...

Yes, actually there is: a parallel universe(s). And, even in just "ours" there are many, if not endless, other dimensions.
That a species could obsess about shopping and NASCAR, in light of the realities available to an (examined) existence is beyond mind boggling, eh? :))))
