Pillows come pre-made, but you have to buy a cover and put the cover on all by yourself. Not everything at IKEA requires assembly. I bought a candle there before. It works fine, and all I had to do is unwrap it, then light the wick.

You get some cotton seeds, one male and one female duck, some thread and a needle. The box and hard-to-follow instructions come with them, and you have to assemble the box as well.
