I really don't think there is, but my mom says if I do it I will get breast cancer. I recommend asking a nurse or a doctor because the body is supposed to rest and relax at night, and not be contorted into a desireable shape. I wonder if scientists did any research on sleeping in a bra.

Sort of, your skin needs to be able to breath, stretch and relax. When you wear a bra 24/7 this natural process is interrupter. Even if you are wearing a perfect fitting bra, Your breasts are being molded into the shape of the cup, and you are using your shoulders and back to support your breasts. You need to, or at least you should, releave this pressure for at least for a couple of hours each day. Sleeping without a bra is a very easy way to accomplish this.

No, there is no medical reason not to wear a bra for sleeping but I found it uncomfortable to try and sleep in. My mom for a time however did it and liked it.

There's no effect on your body whether you sleep with or without a bra. It is really a matter of your personal preference and what makes you comfortable.

you can wear a bra to bed but I wouldn't to it every night as it buts presser on your lympniods and that's not good for you.(there in your armpit).I'm not to sure about getting cancer that might be an old wives tale. best of luck to you.

It could cause pain and those red lines that bras, bikinis, and underwear leave.
Honestly, do what you want, but I recommend not doing it.

You might wake up sore, from the pressure of the bra, on your rib cage.
