My computer (Windows XP, dsl) freezes up when I download and play video.?

This usually happens withWindows Media Player It will play some other types that probably take less memory. What can I do for it? Thanks.

nobody can help you. you offered no facts, no evidence, no details. maybe it was a leprechaun or gremlins or your house is haunted. probably just lack the correct software and hardware. but without hard data to consider, who in the hell knows?
