I need help setting up an Associate-O -Matic Website in php.?

I am interested in trying this program

However I have no idea how to set up the website. Can anyone help? Any website designers want to give me a quote or know how I get learn how to do this on my own?

This book starts from scratch and teaches you how to make web sites using PHP and MySQL. It goes by example, using increasingly complex real-world problems that many sites encounter (for example, setting up a product catalog) and showing you how to solve them. Once you are about halfway through the book, you will understand PHP well enough that the Associate-O-Matic documentation will make perfect sense.

You will need to get a PHP host (there are millions out there... a highly rated one is http://www.dreamhost.com/ ) and buy a domain (I recommend Network Solutions - http://www.nsi.com/ they are a little more expensive - $35 a year for a .com address - but they are very reliable and their tools are very easy to use).
