Good question...
I think whoever the paternal father is for Danielynn should have sole custody of her. Of course, no one will know who the father is until the paternity tests come out. Granted, her mom, Vergie is next of kin, but in all reality, there IS a father to that baby, and I think he should have the custody. Also, Vergie, Anna's mom, has said that she was not seeking custody of the baby, just wanted Anna's remains to be buried in Texas. Weird, huh?? Hope that poor Anna can RIP soon, and that Danielynn will be surrounded with nothing but love!

Stern...He is the one that she trust the most so she knew what she was oing...Her mom I don't think is a good idea...Remember the baby maybe will get raped by an a family member just like Ana Nicole was raped too...don't you think s something that should be look up too. If she did protect her daughter that was her daughter how she wil protect the baby of Ana's maybe for the money making yes...

Her Mother should never get that baby, she was awful to her own daughter and Anna Nicole Smith publicly said this, her Mother was not fit to raise Anna and she is not fit to raise the little one. I think whoever is the baby's father (Larry Birkhead)should raise that little girl he seems to really want to be the father.

The lawyer who was Anna's first husband is clearly the father, hands down.
For those of you who know, a couple of days after the tragedy, TV Guide Channel did a special feature all day long on her. She was great and the lawyer/husband should clearly get the baby!

I think her mom should get everything Anna Nicole Smith left behind.I mean its her mom...theres no better person to take care of a child than someone who's already had one..

To be honest with you I dont even know..what I do know is that I feel sooooo sorry for the little angel..If it was possible I would take care of her....Its really sad, only if she was old enough to say who she wants to be with....Poor baby rest in peace Anna Smith...Your baby is safe in gods hands.

i think Larry the dad should 'if they ever find out he is the dad.i don;t think Howard will ever let that happen...Howard lost the goose with the golden egg' so now he has another one her name is danilynn......i wish some nice couple could adopt her so she can have a happy and safe life...everyone around Howard dies'so they need to get her away from him soon..........
