Ok well Im 18 years old and Im going to the gynocologist for the first time. I have never had sex but I masturbated before...will my gynocoligyst think I am not a virgin or am i even a virgin still??!!??

Unless you have vaginal sex with a male, you are still a virgin. Masturbation is not the same as sex, and you cannot lose your virginity by masturbating. You will have to fill out paperwork before your exam, and one of the questions will ask if you are currently sexually active. Since you're not, your gynecologist will have no reason to think you are not a virgin. Besides, your gynecologist probably doesn't care if you're a virgin one way or another, unless your gynecologist is also your mother. But seriously, don't worry about anything. Gynecologists are concerned about if you have irregular pap smears, unusual periods, pain, etc., not if you're a virgin or not.

Well, I don' t know if they will think that. The definition of a virgin is someone who has not had sex with an other person with the intent of penetration, so technically your still a virgin if no other person is present and it was just self pleasuring.
The gyno will ask you and just be honest, tell them you have not had sex with another person but have performed self-pleasure.

A good gynecologist is not going to be worried about whether you are or are not a virgin. He or she will ask if you are sexually active, because if you are there may be sexually transmitted diseases you need to be tested for. You are a virgin. A virgin is someone who has not had sex. No matter what you have done, unless you have had a penis inside your vagina, you are a virgin.

That is something that is "Normal" for teens, and well anybody. Surely, she can tell the difference. Just be honest about whether or not you've had sex. She's not going to ask you anything that you do in private, but the sex question. Don't worry about that. lol. It's okay, I've been there, done that. :) Well, she just wants to make sure you're healthy. Make sure there is nothing that's bothering you in your female body. It's going to be just fine.
