Need help w/ a graphic!?

i have a pic of my boyfriend i want to add a pirate eye patch to but i want it to look good, not cheesy like I just drew it on..can anyone help me with a graphic for this?

Adobe Photoshop...

U can edit the pic in photoshop. It is a good stuff to edit pic.
I also just edit a pic with photoshop. Wish that it can help u.
But u need the pirate eye. I think u can search in google.
