If no then what about to the people who abuse innocent little children? If still no, what if they raped your child, brother or sister then brutally killed them? would you still want that person to walk free? Do they deserve to live after that? What do you think about the nioda case in delhi where 26 innocent children were murderd?

I agree, they should have the death penalty in every country. If you take a life or even you take someones soul away, or leave them so that their life is affected, then that person has no right to live either.

It should be given world wide. Different countries have different ways of doing things and nasty criminals get off easy nowadays... Bringing back the death penalty world wide would make alot of nasty people think twice and stop alot of the horrors that are going on from happening.

It's not a matter of WHERE the death penalty should be imposed. My personal feelings are that if you murder children, you should be put to death. If you are a molester, you need to be locked away with no chance of parole. I would apply that to anywhere...not just India.

personally i think no one should have the death penalty. If they rapped your sibbling they should go to a long time in prison but not death. Everyone deserves to live so no one should have the death penalty.
