There is no residence visa for Qartar only for 2 months. The residence visa is for 1 to 3 years.]

Do you mean the validity of the residence visa of Qatar exists for two months? No problem, go ahead, you can apply for a visa in UAE.

visa in UAE has nothing to do with ur residence permit and its validity in Qatar.
all they need is a valid pasport and a sponser who can sponser ur visa .
