DAR - oh, never. If you were to seriously look at the internal politics of Israel (where I lived for a while) you'd see that when the state was socialist it thrived and at this time it is currently imploding due to the corruption, rank, and flaws of capialism.

Show proof it might work. Socialism has failed everytime it's been tried. Generally folks won't join a movement designed to take away what they have worked to earn.

make a statement! Start a mass trend. Give everything you have to the government, all money, assets, property, and especially your PC. Then, keep your mouth shut, and your opinions to yourself, because the "movement" will do your thinking for you, and you will like it. You will not be allowed to whine continiously as you have been doing. Shut Up! Uncle Adolf is now in charge of you!
Enjoy!

Best would be to just sit back and let our "Democratic Capitalistic" experiment implode upon itself - probably somewhere within the next 10 - 15 years.

It would help if people aren't taught the laws of economics like supply and demand. If they understood how the free market works they would realize that central planning destroys economies and removes incentives and rewards sloth. So my suggestion is to make sure that no economics courses, especially microeconomics (supply and demand) are taught in high schools or adult schools, discourage people from studying economics on their own, and don't provide such courses in college. That should help.

The only way it would work is if you could find people willing to work so that others could enjoy the fruits of their labors.

Good luck

I don't think I would want the Government giving me crumbs of bread for my 12 hr a day job I would be forced to do for them.

Have to correct the public misconception that Socialism is the same as Communism. Also, that Socialism and Democracy go hand in hand... they are not opposing views. (Government for the people (socialism), by the people (democracy)...)
