I think it's "The Outsiders" How about you???

"The Outsiders", book and movie, captured my heart. When my son came along, we read it together when he was in 2nd grade. Even through his teen years, the ending of the movie made him cry.

"Tex" is next. I don't think it resonates as well, but I liked it.

'The Outsiders' is probably the best of S.E. Hinton's work, and certainly my 1st pick for Best Book.

I liked them all but I would agree that "The Outsiders" was my favorite, by far. I read that book over 50 times.
