i cant find this book ANYWHERE!! i have looked at amazon, BN, borders, etc. and nothing came up. what do i do??

This is listed as being a dissertation as I told you yesterday in response to this same question. It was written as a thesis by someone getting a degree. Only ONE library lists holding a copy, which says that there probably aren't too many copies in existence. Not even the Library of Congress has a copy. It was apparently NOT published as a commercial book which is why you aren't finding it at bookstores. You can go to your library and see if the University of California at Riverside-- the only library I found which lists holding a copy through OCLC--will inter-library loan it to you.
