your teacher is using an approved lesson plan. following the answer above's suggestions will turn you into a laughing stock. Just deal with the lack of drinks until the end, when you will probably be allowed to get food. You go telling people on your teacher and you turn yourself into "that guy", and thats not a great thing when your in k-12.

Congratulations, you now KNOW what 2nd and 3rd class FEELS like. Your teacher should have provided a stipend for the crew, however. From now on, hearing about someone being treated like a second class citizen will have real meaning. Your teacher should be praised unless selection wasn't random, then it's a problem. Perhaps you could ask how pupils were selected to the various groups.

maybe when you learn to spell your teacher will treat you nicely...it is not against any rules, she is doing a class project, for fun, to illustrate a point...the fact that you are complaining here just goes to show you didn't even get the point...they were rewarded because they were 1st class, they didn't have to earn it, that was your teacher's point...they got it because of who they were, that's the idea of social classes...stop worrying about cookies and start paying attention to school...

Yes it is against school policy. My advice is to tell your parents, get all the other students in your class and go to the principal.
