Neither is in Birmingham! They are officially in Sandwell. Tipton has the Tipton Taliban and secret spy cameras that everyone knows about. The girls are interesting in Tipton. £20 in your wallet and you're rich and a decent motor and you've cracked it. But Smethwick, don't even drive through there without taking a Prozac first.... but on the whole the Black Country is great - the roads are grid locked - the bureaucrats that run it commute down the M6 from Staffordshire - because this is too good for them! They put humps on our roads, speed cameras everywhere - but we have a sense of humour - it's a survival instinct passed from one generation to the next!

Well neither of them would be top of your day trip list, But some people live there and they would probably not be happy with you calling their home towns ugly...
Assuming of course that you live in Paradise somewhere and there is no possibility that anything about your home town could be called ugly....!!!!
