Well, because you need a roof over your head, food to eat and clothes to wear.
In the good old days, you would have been able to make some of this for yourself, or alternately, barter your goods for the goods & services you need.
Unfortunately, the apple farmer probably already has enough eggs already...so, in today's society, we barter with money. You're theoretically bartering with your employer, too...your time for his money.

there is no point. you don't HAVE to do anything! Who said you do? Society? People should learn that society/government/traditions etc. don't know everything, and as an individual you can choose to ignore your culture. you can live off the land in non-urbanized areas. Hermits and outdoorsmen and every species other than humans do it all the time.

Work is suppose to suck. I'm sure most of us can agree with you, but imagine your life with out money.. that's the part that get's us up in the morning. Sorry you hate it so much....

To make money so you can support yourself. How are you going to pay bills if you have no money? Do you think that this world wouldgive you free food, clothes, utilities and a home? No.

You um... remember when you were a little kid and thought... man, I sure wish I was a grown-up and could do anything I want to and nobody can boss me around?
Well, welcome to the real adult world. We all have needs and wants and working to earn our living is what we have to do to take care of ourselves and our families.

To support yourself, your brats, your dog, etc, so the rest of don't have to. If you hate your job, find a better one.
