i dont have time to dry my shirt on air dry its a blue pique polo .... i dont want it to shrink or lose shape

can i dry it on normal w/o it losing shape?

This is what I do for my AE clothes. When I'm in a rush: I first hand wash them (regardless of what the tag says) and then I put them in the dryer on normal setting. If you have time: hand wash and let air dry for a little bit (like 2 hours) and then put into dryer with dryer sheet.
