GREAT QUESTION! I grew up on a ranch and loved working outdoors, my whole life I wanted to be a forest ranger. Took classes in High School for preparation, ended up getting pregnant and could not afford college than. My present husband has his own business, so I manage the office for him. Hate working indoors, but I love my husband. Did get him to rearrange the office, so while I am sitting at the desk I can look out the window, so I do have a good job (has extracurricular benefits!!)

No flipping way. Unless I become a rock guitarist or car/bike racer (maybe porn star, but that came later) I will not have fulfilled my dream. My problem is lack of talent (for the 2 former careers obviously). The job I have now is fulfilling and demanding in equal measures but it is just that: a job - not a vocation

Not really, but I have one that makes me feel good about what I do, allows me to spend time with my family, enough money to pay my bills and live a good life, help people and look myself in the mirror in the mornings. So I am happy.

No, but I'm very happy with what I fell into. I don't know if I would have been happier if I chose the other path.
