On this website how has this man made all the website what programe or software i know some ements of it are Mac Flash8 but the page it self is in a html format take a look around and please answer on how he has made it cause i like it!

Well it looks like a html site but is a flash so there are literally hundreds of programs Macromedia make a flash maker and there are lots of them but if you have no experience in web design then I wouldnt try it, try emailing the creator and he will tell you what he made it with and you could ask him if he would send you the template (if there is one).
