My doctor gave me a list (a very short one) of medicines I can take and Sudafed is on there. Good luck!

Hi

As the old saying goes, treat a cold and it will clear in a week, leave it alone and it'll take seven days to clear!!!! There is nothing really to cure a cold, but try to avoid stuffy atmospheres, if you have the heating on high open a window so air can circulate, it works honest. Also, try to think positive and fight back against the cold itself, you're bigger than it you know!!!!

Good luck,

Dean

A quart of water for every 50 lbs of body weight to flush flush the junk your body is trying to with mucus also take 2000 mg of vitamin C a day, I used "Emergen-C" powder packets (at wal-mart or health food store)that you and to water - you get a cough becuz the drainage to your lungs and your body coughs it out cuz it's not supposed to be in your lungs. If you suppress it (cough med) the mucus will stay in your chest and get infected. Then you (and subsequently your baby) will have to get on some type of antibiotics.

Not sure about medication u can take during pregnancy - I know my sister struggled when she was pregnant cos she couldnt take pain killers etc, but honey and lemon in hot water helped me a lot when I had a cold and wasn't allowed to have medication. Hope this helps and good luck!!!

I'm currently 30 weeks and have a really bad cough; sudafed and regular robitussin are what my doctor told me I was allowed to take.

CALL YOUR DOCTOR. The next time that you are there ask for a list of medications that you can take and put it on your fridge. Do not ask all the retards on Yahoo Answers for medical advice. Trust me, I busted some lady that was trying to pose as a gynecologist and she was full of crap!

The oldies are the goodies I guess - hot water with lemon? head over a bowl of steaming water and lots of vitamin C. Broccoli is fantastic. The midwife is your best call though - hope you feel better soon x
