Yeah...I would like to know how and when I die. That way I can just embrace life without fear of bills, or disease or health insurance.
I think if I knew I wouldn't die skydiving, I'd do it right now! Or rock climbing, or surfing..
There's lots I'd do. But I'm sure that if I did know, I'd start to freak out as I got closer... :/

It wouldn't give you more courage. Only make you more hazardous of your surroundings. Say, if you were to get hit by a car and get killed, and you knew this and didn't want to die, you would probably spend a majority of your life somewhere you believe to be safe.

i don't know. on one hand it could be nice cause then when you get to the age you are supposed to die at you want waste your time with stupid stuff, and you'll be prepared with a will already made out and what not, but on the other hand it could scare you so much that your terrified to do anything, or it could make you spend your whole life trying to change how you die. the knowledge of finding out how you die could in fact change how you die. just you knowing could be enough to change it. so nah I'm good. my imagination already comes up with tons of ideas.

I would not want to know how i was going to die for EXAMPLE: if i found out i was going to die in a car accident i would never want to be in a car.
