Does it matter being a good or a bad wrestler why do we generalize superstars for being a good wrestler or a bad wrestler after all pro wrestling is fake and everything is scripted and what you consider as a wrestling move is actually a stunt and heels have to carry a babyface in a match and vice versa, and the most popular stars such as hogan, rock, austin and now cena are over and popular not cuz they were any good wrestler but cuz they had awesome personality and charisma

What makes someone a sucess in professional wrestling or sports entertainment is a combination of athletic talent, charisma, work ethic, and basic acting/improv ("mic") skills. You can have someone who is a fabulous wrestler who fades in obscurity fairly quickly because he just can't generate fan interest. Or you could have an average wrestler who knows how to work the crowd and makes the best of what he has who can hold a place as a strong mid-carder.

Of course it matters. It's not everything, personality and gimmick counts for a lot but ability never hurts. Most matches aren't scripted as such only a few spots and the end. The rest is ad libbed.

it does matter if you a good or bad wrestler, this where it is a sport. you want to cheer for someone and cheer against someone else. it is better when there is a winner and a loser. some people like the good guys some people like the bad guys.

personality does matter because, like with sports you stop watching if it gets boring. wrestlers that can keep the viewers interested will last longer than boring wrestlers, doesn't matter how good you are. it has to be entertaining.

What you are saying is true. WWE is like a soap opera and there are the good guys and the bad guys. The wrestlers that have been in the business for awhile make the big bucks. Other wise the bad guys make more money than the good guys.

Yes wrestling is scripted. But these wrestlers has to have skills. they are pure athletes. Its takes alot to do what they do! It might be fake, but their athleticism isn't.

wrestling is fake but you need to be cordinated and be able to take a fall off the top rope and take some hits. So your answer to that question is yes it does matter.
