if you can afford to then eat and drink alot. because if you are eating and drinking alot you cant have a cig. in your mouth. also try the gum and nicotine patches on the commercials. the gum helped my grandma quit last year. get support from family memebers, or go to one of those quit smoking clinics.

I gave up using nicotine gum, not a whole piece of gum, just a 1/4 piece each time I wanted to smoke. It worked and I haven't smoked in 8 years

I tried the patch and I just ended up smoking while wearing it. See a doctor and they may be able to help you come up with a plan to quit smoking

Nicoderm CQ. Even stops the cravings as you wean off the nicotene. worked for me & I've been smoke-free for over 10 years.

Nothing we're going to tell you is going to change your mind. You're looking for another crutch so you can say "well, I tried that and it didn't work". It has to come from within yourself. Quit leaning on others to fix your life choices. I'm guessing this not your only problem. Fix it yourself, if you've got any balls.
