i think that anna nicole new she was going to die and i think she killed herself. here is why she married howard k stern after herson die because she was saying that her son is calling her in her dreams. so she wanted to kill herself to be with her son and she married howard k stern so that way she can leave everything with him. make sense

That whole situation is sad. I think maybe Howard Stern had something to do with her death, being that she was taking care of him,a nd the whole baby daddy drama. He wants to cash in on that baby.

How sad that an innocent baby sits in the middle of a whirlpool of sleazy adult greed. You have all these people wanting to grab this child just so they can parasite off the $$$$!! Oh, I can assurredly say that had this baby not have a dime tied to her, the adults in the Smith case would bolt run away so fast, it'd create a sonic boom, leaving this child totally parentless.

What a story that almost whispers karma: Greedy, bitter oil robber baron (who ruined scores of people's lives) finally has his $$$ pried out his frail hands by a blonde devil-woman Jezebel/Deliha who scores big (with help from her MAMA) by marriage....and becomming the woeful widow weeks later (and speechlessly rich--thanks to a proud Mama).

Oh...I long suspect truth be known, baby girl pre-teen Anna may have had a far shocking life that truly messed her up BEFORE snagging her billionaire encrustedly old hubby; a past that severed all her ties to Mama......hmmmm.....wonder bout the story there......

Daniel (fathered by hubby #1--someone nameless), Anna and Howard all jet off, living the "bling-bling" ultra-riche life. But Anna quickly learns that the Queen of scammers now is sinking slowly in a pit, fending off scores of users--all wanting some....money, that is.

Despondency over Daniel's death surely played a part in Anna's own dance with the Reaper, which has parallels with Marylin Monroe's passing. I'm almost sure "overdose" is the killer; and done by someone who had at least enough common sense to know death was immiment, so perhaps in a way--Anna did suicide....escaping it's legal definition.

She left a mess of her own life--to create an even larger mess in the aftermath....and a innocent baby (whispered to be born drug addicted) lays in the middle. But the picture is clear: Bad deeds done always (eventually) net bad rewards....and all the world's wealth can NEVER bring forth happiness. I think The Marshall Estate came to realize this and felt certain Anna would end up like this--by her OWN hand.

Well that theory does make sense but that is not supported by the autopsy findings or lack there of. There were no drugs in her system at the time of her death nor signs of anything amiss. Oh, by the way, she and Howard K Stern never married. They had a unity ceremony but that is not legally binding.

If that were true, she would have left everything to Howard. Her will, which was never updated, leaves everything to her son, Daniel.
She hot footed it to the Bahamas to have her baby because Birkhead (or whatever his name is) could prove that she was doing drugs while pregnant and the baby would be born with drugs in her system. In America, they would take the baby away. In the Bahamas, they bent over backwards to cover it all up. (rich+famous+friends in high places=cover-up)
When her son died, she knew the sh** was going to hit the fan, and that she was going to have to, at the very least, enter a rehab, and that serious questions about her parenting would be raised. She "married" Howard so that he would get custody of the baby while she was in treatment. Once the real daddy got her in America, she couldn't buy back custody with all her millions.

she didn't kill herself...She did was in a very deep depresion because at her sons death...I am a mother and really I can't even think abut how she feels...She marry Stern because she wants to have family...her son die and the baby born so she was trying to have a family of her own...Think about it her mom went on TV show etc how you will feel that your very owm mother went and do that? with or with out reazons a mom don't go and do such things...Her mother didn't protect her when she was a chld she was rape from a family member..I am the kind of person that believe white is white and blak is black but here is alot to look and talk about it..I never knew she was rape from a family member...And I do believe she did love the old man in her own way but she did and that the old man loves her too...

they are not legally married and even if she did kill herself he shouldn't get that fortune. She still has one other child and that is where everything should go. screw howard and her mother and them others claiming to have a relationship with her. that baby has no mother and no home and who knows who is really the father. that poor child should recieve every penny in a savings or something.

What you say makes sense, but we'll never know the truth. She's been so picked on all her life and now she has a break from it all. It's tragic. I just wish her daughter has a nice life.

I think that lawyer person somehow killed her for the money..I mean, who goes and buys them self a boat while someone else is back at home being miserable?He probably knew she was gonna die so he went out somewhere so people won't accuse him of killing her =/
