Not true! Take an old squishy banana and peel it. Then put it into a ziplock bag in the freezer. The next morning, get out your blender, add orange juice, the old (now frozen) banana, and some ice.
And Waaa Laaaa...there you have it, a delicious breakfast.
p.s. harder and fresher bananas do not taste as good in this smoothie.
