Propaganda is dangerous. Ignorance is dangerous. When the ignorant believe the propaganda terror ensues.

Hermann Goering, Hitler's Propaganda Minister said, "Voice or no voice, the people can always bebrought to the gbidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is tell them they are being attacked, and denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism, and exposing the country to greater danger".

I'm having a hard time fashioning an answer without being insulting. I suppose some people just aren't the brightest bulb in the box. That explains some of it. Then there are those who just hate the man, are bigoted, or generally hate Democrats and use it for no reason other than to flame. I don't worry too much about it. It's hard to take such denseness seriously. It's even sort of amusing if you look at it from a different direction. What do these people think? That he's a secret Muslim plant who's going to overthrow our government the day after he's sworn in? Maybe he'll just work from inside the White House, making deals that benefit Al Queda and Islamic fascists hoping that no one will catch on (rolling eyes). It's such nonsense...

Why are Americans afraid of everything these days?

Because someone scares them... it's on the television, the radio, the internet.

How sad it is that the media has such control over America's emotions and feelings towards people, issues, and events. We don't even realize it's happening... but it is.

Don't care, it just doesn't seem right at all to even think about a president with the name of a man we went to war over. Just isn't right and the fact that he had a muslim household, no way!

It is the same old, tired Republican tactic of trying to strike fear in the hearts of Americans. Their opinion of the public is so low that they think we don't know what they are doing, and they can continue to do it.
