[16 + (28/2) - 6 ] / 2
= [ 16 + 14 - 6] / 2
= 24 / 2
= 12

I would simplify 28/2 first which is 14 and then 16+14-6=24. Also, 10-4*2 = 10-8=2, So you have 24/2=12.
