You mean the ones that we gave Saddam Hussein when he was at war with Iran? I think that Clinton put Saddam out of the weapons making business with sanctions and bombings. If, as some people think, Saddam really had WDM and sucessfully moved them to Syria, then this whole war has been a failure from the start and we are less secure than ever.
