how long before foreclosure in ohio?

we are 2 months behind,our mortgage is unfortuntally with chase bank.how long do we have (realistcally) before the sherriff shows up and throws us out? 6mos? a year? theres no way we can afford this house,i got hurt at work and cant work anymore

Most likely after your next missed payment they will sent the sheriff. You will get either a 30 or 60 day vacate notice. So about a month or two.
If you hire a lawyer they can probably stall the foreclosure, but if you are going to lose it anyway, save the money and just move out.
