Rocky II, I love when Adrian had the baby, was sick, didn't want him to fight, but then changed her mind. Rocky crying when he thought she was dying....good flick

Here are mine in order and why:

Rocky: This is an epic. It was so well-done. It combined humor and drama wrapped around the true underdog story. The fight between Apollo and Rocky was epic. Of course who can forget the Philadelphia setting.

Rocky Balboa: Yes I'm putting this #2. Stallone found a way to bring an aging Rocky back in a very believable story. The fight between Rocky and Mason was the best since the first Apollo fight. I loved the Philadelphia angle as well.

Rocky 5: Gets a bum rap. While I didn't like that Rocky lost his fortune, I loved the return to Philadelphia. The street fight was amazing.

Rocky 3: Perhaps Paulie's best movie. Paulie carries the movie. This was action packed. I didn't like the stupid fight with Hulk Hogan

Rocky 4: I did like the storyline and the Russian scenes, however too much of this movie played out like a music video. The final fight with Drago did not seem believable.

Rocky 2: It might be surprising that this is so far down. However, Rocky mopes around for about half of this movie. It was dull and lost my interest mid-way. The double-knockdown was also stupid.

Rocky 4, The one where he fights Dolph Lundgren.
This is my favorite because of one line. It's where the Russian is in his corner after the 8th round and his corner is yelling at him cause he hasn't knocked Rocky out. And all the russian says is "I cannot break him, it is like hitting a piece of iron!"

Rocky IV because it has a great soundtrack and it's indicative of how bad we viewed the Russians during the Cold War. Plus, Bridgette Nielsen looked really hot in that movie........

The first. It was before stardom went to Sylvester Stallone's head. The movie was well-written (he wrote it, I think) and his character wasn't an exaggerated cartoon.
