Algebra 2 is second level, Advanced Algebra is final level.
Advanced Mathematics are final level Mathematics included many branches.

there are different kinds of algebra
the kind you take in junior high, and the kind you take in college. you should check to make sure the advanced algebra textbook has the kind of content you're looking for. unless you want to jump into complex group theory.

You'll have to get the curriculum guidelines from your State Board of Education to get acceptable answers. It varies quite a bit from State to State.
