Little to No Grass....A decent City....On the Mexico border, so you can go across and buy cheaper stuff.

Houses and Apartments are Cheap too. Cost of Living is great.

I am a Jersey girl so I love NYC but if you want a southern place pick Myrtle Beach. It's a beautiful place and the people are really friendly!

Move to Minnesota and live the in State of Hockey. What could be better than the 18 inch snowstorm we are getting after a freezing rain?

Check out San Diego. Best weather in the nation, never too hot or cold, doesnt rain often, and it's sunny all the time. It's pretty much always around 75, either a few degrees below like 72 in winter or a few above like 78 in summer. People here are really nice and friendly; lots of transplants here too, including myself. Great vibe down here. The beaches are great the water is so nice in summer, warmest water on the west coast. The scenery around here is amazing with all the canyons, mesa's, SD and Mission Bay, the ocean, the mountains, deserts, beaches, ect.. It's a big city with lots of different things to do all the time and always some event going on. Close to LA, Las Vegas, and very close to Mexico. SD's a very outdoors type of place b/c of the great climate; all of our malls here are outdoor open-air malls. Even though it's a big city, it's not too crowded or congested like SF and LA. Housing is expensive here but it's still cheaper than LA and SF and much cheaper than NYC.

If you don't like grass b/c of allergies SD is a good place to go. I used to have horrible allergies every spring when I lived in the SF Bay Area but after I moved here I never had a problem with them. Also it's CA and we have the best cheese for you WI transplants, well at least according to those commercials.
